Unfortunately, the room didn't match the photos online, being much smaller than expected. My family and I also faced an issue with payment. we were required to settle the bill upon arrival, causing unnecessary frustration. Additionally, the shower was not properly cleaned, which left us quite uncomfortable during our stay.

the bathroom had mold and the bed felt like sleeping on concrete, lovely. i almost wrote a glowing review but was shocked at my room's size. i was expecting at least a complimentary upgrade for my 'suffering. ' staff where rude when i pointed these out, utterly disappointing!

the wifi was a bit spotty but the apartment was huge and had lovely city views. having a washing machine and proximity to shops and restaurants really made my stay easier (especially during hot weather)
